We run a number of surveys that allow you to share your experiences of a wide range of Health and Social Care services and issues or tell your story.
Each Survey has its own page with relevant information – see the list of Surveys in the right hand menu.
To take part in any survey just go to the survey’s page and click the link.
Your information will be recorded and the main themes identified using a software package called SenseMaker. Regular reports and recommendations will be published on www.publichealth.hscni.net or www.hscboard.hscni.net
Please note that by taking part in a patient and client experience survey you are consenting to your anonymous information being used for research, statistical and analytical purposes; in the development of reports; staff education and training, and for other purposes within the HSC.
